Applications:

Cement grinding aid HER-60 is used in the production of cement
during the grinding process. It is a dark brown, slightly viscous liquid.
It is added during the grinding process in cement production as
delivered. The use of this product affords the following advantages:

  • improved flow properties
  • increased strength
  • increased grinding efficiency
  • avoidance of agglomerations
  • avoidance of crust formation in silos
  • increased bulk density by 5-10%
  • no environmental problems
  • non corrosive
 
Dosage: Grinding efficiency and fineness of the cement is controllable through
dosage. To achieve a particular fineness, the following dosages are
recommended:
Fineness of cement Dosage rate (per ton of cement)
2500 Blaine 70 - 400 g
3200 Blaine 100 - 500 g
4500 Blaine 130 - 650 g
 
Packaging: bulk or 1000 liter containers
