Applications: Cement grinding aid TEA-85/D is used in the production of cement during the grinding process. It is brown, black slightly viscous liquid. It is added during the grinding process in cement production as delivered. The use of this product affords the following advantages:
  • improved flow properties
  • increased strength
  • increased grinding efficiency
  • avoidance of agglomerations
  • avoidance of crust formation in silos
  • increased bulk density by 5-10%
  • no environmental problems
  • non corrosive
 
Dosage: Grinding efficiency and fineness of the cement is controllable through
dosage. To achieve a particular fineness, the following dosages are
recommended:
Fineness of cement Dosage rate (per ton of cement)
2500 Blaine 50 - 200 g
3200 Blaine 100 - 300 g
4500 Blaine 150 - 450 g
 
Packaging: bulk or 1000 liter containers
