Applications:

    •   - Starch sodium octenyl succinate (E1450) as emulsifier in manufacture .
        of drink emulsions, aroma encapsulation, mayonaise & dressings,
        pastries etc.
      - modified wheat starch as component in glue
      - cosmetics: starch sodium octenyl succinate and starch aluminium
        octenyl succinate
  • Used for the manufacture of cleaning products as surfactant - hydrotrope
